National Hauora coalition is a Māori-led charity and primary health organisation. We partner with general practices and other health and social service providers to deliver programmes and initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of whānau.

A primary health organisation (PHO) helps to deliver and coordinate primary healthcare services. They bring together health professionals (like GPs, nurses, psychologists and Māori health providers) to provide services in your community.

In addition to being a PHO, National Hauora Coalition also delivers other types of services focusing on things like employment, rangatahi engagement and healthy homes. Here you will find useful information to support the hauora of you and your whānau.
